Cherokee Wins Important DTRA Contract

Cherokee Information Services, Inc. (Cherokee) has been awarded a competitive follow-on contract to continue its support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and support of an important DoD weapons system management proram.

The program integrates legacy databases containing information concerning DoD weapons and provides asset management information across multiple organizations and corresponding security layers. Cherokee has been supporting the DTRA program since 1994.  The Cherokee Team includes: BAE Systems, Inc. (BAE), Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), Emagine IT, Inc. (Emagine IT), Technology and Telecommunications Consultants, Inc. (TTC Inc.), and Evanhoe & Associates, Inc. (Evanhoe), This team brings forward the organizational structure, management processes, and experienced management and project personnel that have proven successful in meeting program requirements and goals since its inception. This is a five year contract with an approximate value of $25 Million.
